  Who are you?

Answer:  My name is Ken Caudill.  I've  written a lot of successful sales copy over the last fifteen years.  Some of it was as a ghostwriter for other copywriters.  Some of it was for a very successful internet marketing company that I will not name for personal reasons.  Some of it was for clients like you. Some of it was for my own sales.

Question:  Why should I believe you?

Answer:  Why would I lie?  I only take payment for my services from Paypal, so you know I deliver.  My reputation is important to me. 

Question:  What are your conversion rates?

Answer:  I've had sales copy that converted as low as one per cent and as high as sixty per cent.  That's right, I said sixty per cent. There are, as you know, many variables besides quality sales copy that affect conversion rates.  If I don't think your product will sell, I will be honest and tell you up front.  If I do think your product will sell, I will work with you until it does.

Question I have lots of work I can give you in the future if you lower your rates right now.  Will you?

Answer: No.

Question:  Will you work for a percentage of profit?

Answer:  Yes, if the deal's right. Let's talk.

QuestionIs the sales letter dead?

Answer:  No, but it's on its last legs.  You need to work harder than that to get and keep your customer's attention.  The points a well-written sales letter makes are based on sound principles.  It's the presentation itself  that is becoming obslolete.  When is the last time you saw a door-to-door salesman?  Things change.

Question:  Do you use NLP techniques in your copy?

Answer:  That's important, isn't it?

Question:  If you're so smart, how come you ain't rich?

Answer:  I'm working on it.  I'm working on it.

Question:  Can you recommend a good copywriter?

Answer:  Yes.  Me.

Question:  Is copywriting the only thing you do?

Answer:  No.  I write copy to help launch my own projects.  It is a means to an end.

Question:  Why should I hire you?

Answer:  Because I will see to it that you make considerably more money than what you pay me in fees.
